Shipping policy

All in stock orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days, however most will be fulfilled within the same day of placing the order.
Any pre order items placed will be fulfilled as soon as the stock items arrive at the Ponchik warehouse. If a pre order item is purchased with an in stock item, the whole order will be dispatched once the pre order arrives at Ponchik.
If you require the in stock item(s) before the pre order items, please get in touch with hello@ponchik.com.au to arrange a separate delivery.
We use either Sendle or Australia Post as our delivery partners, and tracking will be provided as soon as items are processed for shipment.  

Australian Shipping:

Standard Shipping: $9.00 for orders up to $79.99, Free on orders over $80
Express Shipping: $14

International Shipping:

$15 flat rate no matter the size of the order world-wide. Any taxes or duties are payable by the receiver of the parcel.
